I’m always trying to get my kids to eat healthy – how do I put veggies into everyday stuff? One of my girls was allergic to tomatoes so I needed to make up something she could eat … this just came together and it’s a favorite family dish.
1 lb pasta – spaghetti (broken in half) or cork screws, cooked (DO NOT RINSE)
4-6 cubes frozen garlic (you can add more if your family likes spicier)
5-6 cubes frozen spinach
1/4 cup oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Blend spinach, garlic, salt, pepper and oil then mix into warm pasta.
Serve next to baked fish or chicken.
