Spinach Souffle


Try this recipe for an easy spinach and potato side dish.


Prepare the Souffle

1. Blend or process spinach with potatoes. Add farina, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic and mix well.
2. Heat oil in an eight-inch loaf pan.
3. Pour batter into pan and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.
