Prepare the Souffle
Blend or process spinach with potatoes. Add farina, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic and mix well.
Heat oil in an eight-inch loaf pan.
Pour batter into pan and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.
