  • Split minute roast

  • olive oil

  • soy sauce

  • Montreal steak seasoning

Directions

Prepare the Split Minute Roast

1.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

Take the olive oil and soy sauce, mix it together and rub it into the roast.

3.

Then sprinkle the Montreal steak seasoning on both sides of the roast.

4.

Cook for seven hours on 200.
