1. Prepare the chicken by cutting into small pieces and put aside in a bowl.
2. Cut an onion in half and slice into very, very thin slices.
3. Halve some mushrooms and peel some zucchini strips.
4. Heat up some olive oil in a wok till it’s very hot, 2-3 minutes, and throw in all the ingredients. Add some spices to taste, and let it fry for 4-5 minutes while stirring as needed.
