1 10-ounce bag Spring Mix lettuce
1 avocado, diced
1 red onion, diced
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1 handful slivered almonds, toasted
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
2 teaspoons Haddar Dijon Mustard
1 clove garlic, minced or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/3 teaspoon thyme
1/4 cup sugar
Combine lettuce, avocado, onion, tomatoes, dried cranberries, and almonds.
Mix together dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
