As easy as they come!
6 small squash (unpeeled), diced
2 carrots, peeled and cubed
1 onion
6 cups water
4 tablespoons chicken soup mix (parve)
3 tablespoons flour
Sauté onions, carrots and squash. Add rest of ingredients and cook on a medium flame for 45 minutes.
Blend with an immersion blender. Enjoy!
