I know this one will be a hit at your table! These drumsticks are so good that you’ll want to add them to your weekly dinner rotation. Who knows? You may even skip the grill when the sun starts shining again.
1/3 cup bottled sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup Gefen Maple Syrup
5 teaspoons Glicks Soy Sauce (use a wheat-free version for gluten-free)
1 teaspoon ketchup
6 cloves garlic, crushed or 6 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
8 chicken drumsticks
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together chili sauce, maple syrup, soy sauce, ketchup, and garlic.
Place drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet and pour most of the sauce over them, coating the drumsticks. Reserve remaining sauce.
Cook for one hour, basting with the reserved sauce.
