One of the great things about spending the summers upstate in a bungalow colony is the never-ending late-night talks about food and recipes. This is one of the winners I tried out years ago, and I’ve been making it ever since!
1 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
3/4 cup Gefen Honey
2 tablespoons Glicks Soy Sauce
2 pounds chicken cutlets
Mix mayonnaise, honey and soy sauce in a large Ziploc bag. Add chicken cutlets and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Grill for three to four minutes per side, until just cooked through.
