  • 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic

  • 1 large navel orange

  • zested and juiced

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground Gefen Pepper

Directions

mix marinade ingredients

2.

put half away for basting

3.

put chicken in

4.

bake at like 400 or broil
