Sticky, sweet, and delicious – you can’t go wrong with this easy dish!
1/2 cup Gefen Maple Syrup
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon chili flakes
4 teaspoons rice vinegar
2 pounds chicken legs
Prepare the marinade: Combine maple syrup, soy sauce, paprika, minced garlic, chili flakes, and rice vinegar.
Marinate chicken in about two-thirds of the mixture for at least one hour. Reserve the remaining one-third of the marinade for basting.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (to catch drips) and place a greased cooling rack over it. Place chicken on the rack, and pour over it whatever remains of the mixture that was used for marinating.
Cook uncovered for 45 minutes. Baste with reserved one-third of the marinade every 10 to 15 minutes.
