This was just one of those recipes that I thought of and had this craving for. There is something so satisfying about a sweet, sticky sauce on potatoes.
6 large red potatoes, cubed
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Glicks Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Manischewitz Honey
1/3 cup Glicks Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
6 cloves garlic (1 tablespoon), minced or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 cube Gefen Frozen Ginger
Spread the potatoes on a large greased pan.
Mix together the two tablespoons olive oil, two tablespoons soy sauce and one tablespoon honey. Drizzle over potatoes and mix until well coated. Roast at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
Mix together the 1/3 cup soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. After the 40 minutes, drizzle over the potatoes and then cook for another 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
