Ingredients

Stir Fry Salmon

  • 2-3 white mushrooms or Shiitake mushrooms sliced,

  • red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 sweet finger pepper, thinly sliced

  • pre roasted brussels sprouts or pre roasted broccoli

  • olive oil

  • avocado oil, to prevent burning

  • 1/4 teaspoon honey mustard

  • 1/4 teaspoon light soy sauce

  • dried parsley

  • granulated garlic

  • Mrs. Dash herb garlic seasoning

  • 1-ounce piece salmon

Directions

1.

Heat up and sweat onions, vegetables, seasonings, soy sauce, and honey mustard in pan.

2.

Add fresh salmon. I use skin on, about a one-ounce piece.

3.

Turn down heat until salmon in fully cooked, and turn off heat and cover until serving.
