6 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
1 cup self raising flour
1/2 cup oil
jelly
peaches/strawberries
Beat egg whites until stiff. Turn the mixer on low and add sugar.
Add egg yolks one at a time. Then, add oil. Then add flour until just mixed.
Pour into two medium round dishes and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for half an hour.
When cool, add sliced fresh strawberries and then top with red jelly OR sliced peach and yellow jelly.
