Here’s a delicious fruity variation on the classic breakfast favorite. Gluten free optional!
1 cup frozen strawberries
3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons milk (I used Gefen Almond)
1 and 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1 cup flour (I used gluten free)
In a blender, blend together strawberries and milk.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend.
On medium heat, scoop out batter and cook pancakes on a griddle or frying pan. Cook for two to four minutes, flipping halfway through.
