Ingredients

Strawberry Pancakes

  • 1/2 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 1 cup flour (I used gluten free)

Directions

Prepare the Strawberry Pancakes

1.

In a blender, blend together strawberries and milk.

2.

Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend.

3.

On medium heat, scoop out batter and cook pancakes on a griddle or frying pan. Cook for two to four minutes, flipping halfway through.
