To take your regular s’mores to a whole new level, switch things up with this easy twist on the old version!  

Yield: 13 s’mores

Ingredients

Strawberry S’mores

  • 1 box (14 ounces) graham crackers

  • 9 ounces white chocolate chips

  • 16 ounces strawberries, sliced (see note)

  • 5 ounces marshmallows

Directions

1.

Break the graham crackers in half.

2.

Place a handful of white chocolate chips and some strawberry slices on one half.

3.

Place one to two marshmallows on top and toast. Cover with the other graham cracker half.

4.

Repeat for the rest of the graham crackers.

Notes:

According to most kashrut authorities, fresh strawberries should not be used. Frozen strawberries with a reliable hechsher may be used instead.
