Ingredients

Grilled Lotus S'mores

  • large marshmallows, such as Gefen

  • cinnamon graham crackers

  • lotus spread

  • parve chocolate

  • skewers

Directions

1.

Prepare the graham crackers by spreading lotus spread on one side of each cracker.

2.

Place a marshmallow on a skewer and grill until it is toasty

3.

Remove from the grill and immediately place it on top of a graham cracker with a piece of chocolate, then cover it with another prepared cracker.
