Diets Sweet, fruity, and Pesach-friendly, this strawberry sorbet log combines fresh strawberries and orange juice for a refreshing, crowd-pleasing frozen dessert. Yield: 2 logs (4–5 servings per log)
2 cups fresh orange juice (from 6–8 oranges)
16 ounces frozen strawberries
1 and 3/4 cups sugar
silicone log mold (available on Amazon)
In a food processor fitted with the S blade, blend the orange juice, strawberries, and sugar for five minutes.
Pour into the log mold and freeze for 24 hours. (The longer the sorbet sits in the freezer, the easier it will be to remove from the mold.)
Remove from the mold. Slice and plate individual portions or place the log on a serving platter in the middle of the table.
