2-3 heads lettuce, washed, dried and cut into large pieces
2 cups seedless watermelon, small dice
2 cups strawberries, , cleaned and sliced
2 cups cooked chicken, small dice
1/2 cup red onion
1/4 cup Ta’amti Pesto
Toss together the lettuce, watermelon, strawberries, chicken, onion, and pesto in a large bowl.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve.
