Start Cooking

Cook the String Beans

  1. Steam string beans over low heat for 15-20 minutes.

Sauté

  1. In a separate pot, sauté onion until transparent.

  2. Add pepper, garlic and salt and sauté for 15-20 minutes. Remove and discard garlic.

Assemble

  1. Combine peppers with green beans.

  2. Add almonds and reheat thoroughly.
