A fresh and crisp chopped salad with string beans, pickle, cucumber, and pepper, tossed in a simple creamy dressing.
1/2 pound fresh string beans
1 red pepper
1 small cucumber
1 Haddar Cucumber in Brine or other sour pickle
1/3 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon Tuscanini Lemon Juice
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Trim string beans, and dice into 1-inch pieces. Dice rest of vegetables and combine with string beans.
Combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Mix well.

overnight? Can this salad marinate or does it need to be made fresh?
I think it can marinate a bit too.
