3 tablespoons coconut oil
1/4 cup Health Garden Allulose (or sweetener of choice)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
1/4 cup oats
2 tablespoons ground pecans
2 tablespoons raisins
4 large apples (I used Honey Crisp)
3/4 cup warm water
Mix the coconut oil, allulose, cinnamon, nutmeg, pecans and raisins in a bowl and set aside.
Wash and core the apples (get yourself an apple corer!).
Place the apples in a baking pan and stuff the apples with the nut-raisin mixture all the way to the top.
Pour warm water around the pan.
Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes until the apples appear slightly soft (bake longer for mushier apples).
Baste the apples with the juices from the pan.
Serve warm or room temperature.
