Stuffed Jumbo Pasta Shells

Start Cooking

Make the Shells

  1. Bring water to a boil. Add salt and oil, add pasta. Cook 8–10 minutes. Drain well.

  2. Combine ingredients for filling.

  3. Place one tablespoon filling into each pasta shell. Arrange, seam-side down, in a 9- x 13-inch pan.

  4. Combine ingredients for sauce. Pour over shells.

  5. Bake covered, at 375 degrees Fahrenheit, for 30 minutes.

Note:

Freezes very well.

Variation:

Filling can be used to stuff manicotti.
