Need a change from the regular beef? This lamb was butter soft and so deliciously flavorful.
4 lamb chops
salt
pepper
4 onions, sliced
8 cloves garlic, sliced
1 container dried apricots
1/2 cup onion soup mix
1 cup sweet red wine, such as Jeunesse Cabernet Sauvignon
2-3 cups chicken soup
2 tablespoons Tuscanini Tomato Paste

In a pan, sauté the onions for about 10 to 15 minutes until slightly golden.
Add the garlic and sauté for another few minutes.
Rub a little salt and pepper onto the lamb chops.
Move the onions to the side and add the lamb chops to the pan.
Sear on each side for one to two minutes.
