Sugar Free Baked Apples

A super easy dessert that can be dressed up or down as suits your tastes and needs. Made of the most basic, clean ingredients only, for optimal nutrition.

Directions

Prepare the Sugar Free Baked Apples

1.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Core apples, peel upper half and bake one hour. Optional – bake with cinnamon sticks in hollow core or sprinkle cinnamon when done.

Variations:

Core and peel apples. Cut apple in half. Dip into oil and then into ground nuts. Bake 45 minutes or until soft.
