Summer Acai Bowl

Ingredients

Açaí bowl

  • 2 (100-gram) frozen unsweetened acai packets

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Suggested Toppings

  • 1/2 banana, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

  • 2 small strawberries

  • 2 tablespoons Gefen Coconut Chips

Directions

1.

Run frozen acai packets under warm water for about 30 seconds or until you can break the acai into a few pieces.

2.

In a blender, process acai, banana and blueberries until smooth. Pour into a bowl.

3.

Add toppings of your choice.

Tips:

The suggested toppings are some of my favorites. Almond butter, frozen pineapple bits and cacao nibs are also delicious.

i skipped some ingredients but was really good.
