Diets There’s no better way to finish off a meal than with a delicious fruit salad. Feel free to use whatever fruit you prefer. You can serve it with the toppings on the side, allowing your guests to choose what they like.
1 small pineapple, cut in chunks
1 pint blueberries
10 ounces (280 grams) fresh strawberries, halved(ask your LOR how to check them)
3 kiwis, peeled and cubed
6 clementines, peeled and segmented
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons Tuscanini Lemon Juice
1/4 cup sugar
strawberry sauce
toasted shredded coconut
candied almonds
dark chocolate shavings
In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
Place in an airtight container and refrigerate for 12–24 hours to macerate.
Serve as is or with desired toppings.
