Ingredients

Summer Fruit Salad

  • 1 small pineapple, cut in chunks

  • 1 pint blueberries

  • 10 ounces (280 grams) fresh strawberries, halved(ask your LOR how to check them)

  • 3 kiwis, peeled and cubed

  • 6 clementines, peeled and segmented

Topping Options

  • strawberry sauce

  • toasted shredded coconut

  • candied almonds

  • dark chocolate shavings

Directions

1.

In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients.

2.

Place in an airtight container and refrigerate for 12–24 hours to macerate.

3.

Serve as is or with desired toppings.

Notes:

You can sub frozen strawberries for the fresh ones.
