Ingredients

Summer Steak Salad

  • 1 head red leaf lettuce

  • 1 peach, sliced

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 cup snow peas

  • 1/2 cup sliced radishes

  • 1 pound cooked steak, sliced (use your favorite recipe. We recommend cowboy steak)

  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette (we recommend Danielle’s recipe)

Directions

1.

Arrange lettuce, sliced peach and avocado, cherry tomatoes, snow peas and radishes on a large platter.

2.

Top with sliced steak, then drizzle dressing on top. Serve immediately.
