This schnitzel is so easy to make and is so delicious. It has texture and flavor and you’ll just want more and more of it.
4 eggs
2-3 cups flour
1 package panko lemon pepper breadcrumbs
20 pieces white meat chicken cutlets
1 and 1/2 cups oil
fresh parsley (garnish)
squeezed lemon (extra flavor)
hot sauce (optional)
Heat oil in pan.
Place chicken, eggs, flour, and breadcrumbs into three separate bowls
Dip the chicken into flour first, then eggs, and lastly breadcrumbs. Finish with the rest of the chicken.
Fry chicken in the oil.
Let cool for five minutes before serving.
Add garnishes if desired.
Enjoy and eat before it’s all gone!!!

it was so good to see you by the reunion (even though I totally ditched you guys. Sorry about that, but my first-half bunk was way more fun to talk with. No offence)! I’m keeping my word–writing you another comment; hope you enjoy it and that I made your day (even with all your other billion fans out there. I’m going to have to ask you for your autograph next time:)). Tell Shoshana and all the girls i know that i send regards (including Chanala, and tell her congrats for being GO for me)! anyway, this recipe looks so good and easy! i definitely have to tell my mother to try it out!!! how do you come up with all these heaven recipes?! anyway, I need to go now, but i hope you liked my unusually-long comment:)! KIT!!!!
