Super Spirals

Slightly salty and totally tasty, these spirals disappear as fast as you put them out. They are a real treat!

Directions

1.

Place all tapenade ingredients in a food processor and process until fine.

2.

Roll out the puff pastry dough. Spread the tapenade over the dough and roll up jelly-roll style. Freeze for half an hour.

3.

Preheat oven to 350° F. Slice puff pastry roll into thin spirals and arrange on a Gefen Parchment Paper-lined baking sheet.

4.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden.
