Sweet and Salty Flowers

Start Cooking

Prepare the Sweet and Salty Flowers

  1. Microwave white chocolate for one minute to melt. If not melted, microwave for another 30 seconds. Continue until melted.

  2. Lay out pretzels on a work surface protected with Gefen Parchment Paper. Drop a small spoonful of melted chocolate onto each pretzel.

  3. Working quickly, press candy coated chocolates onto the melted white chocolate to resemble a flower. Use whichever colors you like for the centers and the petals.

  4. Refrigerate until the white chocolate hardens. Enjoy your sweet and salty treat!
