Baby potatoes are the ultimate comfort food, and the maple syrup in the sauce takes the comfort up a notch and turns it into a gourmet dish that can be served for any occasion. I always make these when I send food over to a friend, as they taste absolutely delicious and are so easy to make.
1 kg of baby potatoes
2 heaping tablespoons mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 small onion, chopped finely
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (360 degrees Fahrenheit)
Wash potatoes and boil in salted water for 10 minutes. (This step is optional but will cut down on the baking time later).
Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix the rest of ingredients.
Drain potatoes and pour into a 2-liter baking pan.
Combine potatoes and sauce, mixing well to ensure all the potatoes are coated.
Bake for 25 minutes uncovered.
Serve to your family and guests.

Delicious!!!
Was nice change to the reg roasted potatoes! And really simple.
Delicious Worked out absolutely delicious! I did not pre-boil, so that I didn’t have to wash up the pot, so I just left them in the oven for longer.
