The cooking method for these potatoes comes from Kim Kushner and it is amazing!!

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.

2.

Mix together all ingredients except sweet potatoes.

3.

Brush mixture on all sides of sweet potato. Place skin-side up on the prepared baking sheet.

4.

Bake for one hour.
