1. Preheat oven to 425°.
2. Spray large baking pan with Pam cooking spray.
3. Mix Gold’s duck sauce and Taste of Asia sweet and sour sauce together.
4. Put onions and potatoes on the bottom of the pan.
5. Sprinkle salt and pepper on potatoes and onions.
6. Place chicken on top.
7. Pour duck sauce and sweet and sour sauce over chicken.
8. Bake in oven for 60-75 min.
