Easy, tasty chicken

Ingredients

Sweet and Sour Chicken

  • 3 to 5 chicken quarters

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • 3 tablespoons ketchup

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard

  • garlic powder

  • 1 cup orange juice

Directions

Mix ingredients together well. Pour over chicken. Bake tightly covered for two hours on 180 degrees Celsius.
