Best tasting deli roll I’ve ever had! Got it from my sister in law and tweaked it a bit.
1 package puff pastry dough
2 packages honey glazed turkey breast
2 packages pastrami
1 c yellow mustard
1 cup ketchup
1 cup mayonnaise
1.5 cups sweet and sour duck sauce
Everything spice, for sprinkling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Roll out the dough.
Smear 1/3 cup each of ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise and duck sauce over the dough.
Layer one package of turkey breast over the mixture.
Smear another 1/3 cup each of the wet ingredients over the turkey layer. Layer one package pastrami over the mixture.
Repeat the pattern with the remaining turkey, wet ingredients and pastrami on top. Roll up the deli roll.
Pour a generous amount of duck sauce over the top
Sprinkle everything spice over the duck sauce
Make diagonal slits across the center of the roll, being careful not to cut all the way through
Place on a lined cookie sheet and bake for about 40 minutes uncovered, or until golden
