This quick and easy side is ready in under 10 minutes! You can even prepare the sauce and veggies in advance, refrigerate, and toss right before serving.
Directions
1. In a large frying pan, heat olive oil.
2. Add in broccoli and cauliflower. Season and toss till heated through, around three to five minutes.
3. In a small saucepan, combine the balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, cider vinegar, honey, ginger, and black pepper.
4. Bring to a boil over medium–high heat and boil for three to five minutes. Mixture will become syrupy. Remove from heat.
5. Transfer broccoli and cauliflower to a serving platter. Drizzle with the sweet and tangy sauce.
