2 tablespoons Bartenura Olive Oil
1 (12-oz./340-g.) package fresh broccoli florets
1 (12-oz./340-g.) package fresh cauliflower florets
1 teaspoon Haddar Kosher Salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup Tuscanini Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Gefen Honey
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Ground Ginger
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
In a large frying pan, heat olive oil.
Add in broccoli and cauliflower. Season and toss till heated through, around three to five minutes.
In a small saucepan, combine the balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, cider vinegar, honey, ginger, and black pepper.
Bring to a boil over medium–high heat and boil for three to five minutes. Mixture will become syrupy. Remove from heat.
Transfer broccoli and cauliflower to a serving platter. Drizzle with the sweet and tangy sauce.
