I have tried many similar recipes in the past, and about each one I would think, “It’s a little too sweet,” or “It’s not flavorful enough,” or “Too spicy.”
I finally created the perfect blend, an imitation of the real restaurant taste!
1. Dip chicken pieces into beaten egg and then into corn flake crumbs. Fry on med/high flame for 2-3 minutes on each side (it should still be a little raw inside).
2. Place pieces in a pan, pour over sauce and bake covered on 375F for 30 minutes.
3. Serve over rice.
