Sweet Chili Chicken

I have tried many similar recipes in the past, and about each one I would think, "It's a little too sweet," or "It's not flavorful enough," or "Too spicy."


I finally created the perfect blend, an imitation of the real restaurant taste!

Ingredients (10)

Chicken

Sauce

Start Cooking

Prepare the Chicken

  1. Dip chicken pieces into beaten egg and then into corn flake crumbs. Fry on med/high flame for 2-3 minutes on each side (it should still be a little raw inside). 

  2. Place pieces in a pan, pour over sauce and bake covered on 375F for 30 minutes.

  3. Serve over rice.
