When my family see me making this Frosted Flakes chicken, they know that either a Yom Tov is coming or it’s a really special occasion!

Directions
Prepare the Sweet Cornflakes Chicken
1. In a bowl, mix egg, mayonnaise, orange juice, and soy sauce. Marinate the chicken for 20–30 minutes.
2. Place frosted cornflakes in a bowl and dip the chicken pieces into it.
3. Heat a large frying pan with oil and fry chicken in batches.
4. In a bowl, combine mustard mayo ingredients. Serve alongside chicken.
Notes:
I tried baking the chicken, but it didn’t come out good. It’s best fried.
