When my family see me making this Frosted Flakes chicken, they know that either a Yom Tov is coming or it’s a really special occasion! Yield: approximately 18 pieces
1 egg
1/4 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon Glicks Soy Sauce
2 pounds chicken fingers
1 box (13 ounces) frosted cornflakes, slightly crushed
oil, for frying
3/4 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Gefen Mustard
In a bowl, mix egg, mayonnaise, orange juice, and soy sauce. Marinate the chicken for 20–30 minutes.
Place frosted cornflakes in a bowl and dip the chicken pieces into it.
Heat a large frying pan with oil and fry chicken in batches.
In a bowl, combine mustard mayo ingredients. Serve alongside chicken.
