A healthier tasty dip that is not laden with mayonnaise and sugar but tastes outa this world.
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
1/3 C. low fat mayonnaise (or whatever type you like)
1 and 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp thyme
1 and 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4-1/2 tsp ground pepper
Boil the sweet potatoes until soft. Drain and add the potatoes and everything else into a food processor or blender and blend until creamy.
