As a kid, I always LOVED tater tots. It’s something about the shape that makes them so fun to eat! This is my first attempt to make them without any binder, and I have to say they came out delish! If you’re a sweet potato fan, you gotta give them a try!

Directions

Prepare the Sweet Potato Tots

  1. Cut the sweet potatoes in half and parboil for 15 minutes until halfway cooked. Allow to cool, then grate the sweet potatoes into a bowl.

  2. Season and mix well, then form into tot shapes and place on a baking tray lined with Gefen Parchment Paper.

  3. Bake on 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
