Ingredients

Flanken

  • about 3-4 lb plate flanken

  • 1 onion, sliced in rounds

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup ketchup

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tsp onion soup mix

Directions

Prepare the Flanken

1.

Place the sliced onion into a pan and place the meat on top. Cover tight. Bake on 350F for 2 and 1/2 hours.

2.

Meanwhile mix the remaining ingredients together. Then pour sauce over meat and bake for additional 20-25 minutes uncovered.
