Cream of lentil soup
ground pepper
1/2 lemon
red lentils
1 tablespoon avocado oil
salt
dash of cumin
water

Wash lentils extremely well with cold water four to five times.
Add oil into your pot with (five cloves) minced fresh garlic.
Sauté slowly for a minute.
Add washed red lentils. Add water, salt, pepper and cumin and let it boil on medium flame. Make sure there’s a lot of water once it becomes like a creamy colour. Add water and put more black pepper and salt.
Use your hand immersion blender and zooosh it. Let cool for half hour and before you serve add the juice of 1/2 a lemon.
