Diets Chocolate chip cookie bars with some swirled tahini makes a delicious treat with a subtle nutty taste.
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup oil
2/3 cup Haddar Baracke Tahini paste
2 and 1/4 cups Glicks Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
7 ounces Glicks Chocolate Chips, plus more for melting and drizzling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with oil spray and/or line with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Using an electric mixer, cream sugars, eggs, and oil. Add tahini and mix. Add flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until combined. Add seven ounces chocolate chips and mix.
Place dough in pan and pat down until even.
Bake for 25 minutes or until top is golden brown.
Allow to cool.
Remove from pan and slice into bars or squares.
Melt the extra chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second bursts. Drizzle melted chocolate on cookie bars.
Refrigerate for a few minutes to set drizzled chocolate.
