1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/3 cup tahini
4 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
coarse salt to taste
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in 30 second intervals.
Spoon some chocolate in mini cupcake liners and swirl around.
Freeze ten minutes.
Mix tahini, honey, and vanilla.
Add a teaspoon of tahini mixture.
Freeze ten minutes.
Add remaining chocolate.
Freeze. Enjoy!
