This baked salmon topped with creamy tahini is so simple to prepare, yet tastes like more than just the sum of its parts. Watch all 4 Amazing Ways to Eat Tahini!
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion, sliced (or use 1/2 cup Haddar Sauteed Onions and skip to step 2)
1 pound salmon, cut into 4 square portions
6 tablespoons Baracke Tahini
juice of 1 lemon
fresh parsley
Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until golden and caramelized, about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place salmon in a baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and top with caramelized onions. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
Remove salmon from oven, top with tahini, and squeeze lemon on top. Bake for an additional five minutes. Top with fresh parsley before serving.
