Tangy London Broil

  • 1 and 1/2 pounds London Broil (have used bigger and smaller pieces)

  • 1 cup pomegranate juice

  • 3/4 cup silan syrup

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • sea salt

  • pepper

Directions

1.

Mix all liquid ingredients together in a big ziplock bag.

2.

Place meat inside and marinate for one hour or longer. the longer the better! Take out of the bag and sprinkle salt and pepper.

3.

Broil on high for 10 minutes on one side, then do the other side for 10 minutes. Cut when it is cool.
