These no-fail, completely healthy veggie burgers are great for breakfast, lunch, and supper!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Sauté all diced vegetables in a large frying pan.
Remove from flame.
When cooled, add eggs and breadcrumbs.
Bake for approximately 14 minutes or until golden in color.
