Submitted by Dasi Glenn. View the video entry here. No wok, no marinating, just eight ingredients and no waiting – delicious juicy chicken and crisp tender broccoli in minutes.
2 pounds boneless chicken thighs, cut into one-inch pieces
1/4 cup oil
salt
6 tablespoons sweet sushi sauce
2 tablespoons honey
5 cubes garlic, divided
5 cubes ginger, divided
2 pounds broccoli
Add oil and a sprinkle of salt to the chicken and set aside.
Combine four cubes garlic, four cubes ginger, and the sweet sushi sauce. When the frozen cubes are defrosted, add in the honey and combine. Set aside.
Add a little oil to a pan and sauté the broccoli with remaining cubes of garlic and ginger and a sprinkle of salt. Sauté until bright green and crispy. Don’t overdo it or the broccoli will lose its crunch!
Heat a pan and add the chicken. Stir until golden and cooked through. Add in the broccoli and sauce to taste.
