3 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons butter
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
3/4 cup shredded mozerella cheese + more for sprinkling
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Mix flour and butter on a low flame.
Once fully mixed and melted, add in tomato sauce, milk, cheese, and spices.
Mix thoroughly.
Add into a pot of penne noodles and mix.
Let sit on a low flame for five minutes.
Sprinkle more cheese on top then put pot in oven on 400 degrees Fahrenheit for five minutes.
