The Perfect Cheesecake

Ingredients

Cheesecake

  • 2 pie crusts

  • 16 ounces farmer cheese

  • 10 ounces sour cream

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup milk

  • 3 teaspoons corn starch

  • Optional: milchig caramel/ chocolate shavings

Directions

1.

Dissolve cornstarch in milk. Blend all other ingredients together. After cornstarch is fully dissolved, add into mixture and blend all together.

Bake on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one and a half hours.

Once cooled, spread a thick layer of sour cream and top with chocolate shavings, or milchig caramel.

Notes:

If you’re baking the cheesecakes in a convection oven, bake it on 300 for one hour.
