Diets This light and easy cheesecake recipe is perfect for any occasion, from a Chanukah party to a Shabbos morning breakfast! I usually decorate with either a thick layer of milchig caramel or sour cream and chocolate shavings. This recipe is just a hit in every sense!! Hope you enjoy!
2 pie crusts
16 ounces farmer cheese
10 ounces sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
3 teaspoons corn starch
Optional: milchig caramel/ chocolate shavings
Dissolve cornstarch in milk. Blend all other ingredients together. After cornstarch is fully dissolved, add into mixture and blend all together.
Bake on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one and a half hours.
Once cooled, spread a thick layer of sour cream and top with chocolate shavings, or milchig caramel.
